Payments and refunds

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This page explains how to pay Edvaris Ltd and what happens if you want to cancel. It applies to our website and app services and, when it launches, the Edvaris platform.

How to pay

Before any work starts, we send you a written quote setting out what we will do, the price and when payment is due. When a payment is due, we email you an invoice with a secure payment link. You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Card payments are processed by Revolut. We never see or store your full card details. Payments go only to Edvaris Ltd, and our invoices always come from an @edvaris.co.uk email address.

If you get a message asking you to pay us in any other way, or to send money to a personal account, please don't pay it. Email admin@edvaris.co.uk to check.

Prices

Prices for website and app work are agreed in your quote. Prices shown for the Edvaris platform are planned launch prices and are not yet available to buy.

Your right to cancel (consumers)

If you are buying as an individual rather than for a business, you usually have 14 days from the day we agree the work to cancel without giving a reason.

If you ask us to start work within those 14 days and then cancel, we may charge for the work already done up to the point you tell us. Once the work is fully completed at your request, the right to cancel no longer applies.

To cancel, email admin@edvaris.co.uk with your name and the date of your quote. We will refund any money owed within 14 days of you telling us, using the same payment method you used.

Business customers

If you are buying for a business, cancellation and refunds are covered by the terms in your quote.

Problems and complaints

If something isn't right, please tell us at admin@edvaris.co.uk and we will do our best to put it right quickly. This does not affect your legal rights.
